Applicants who wish to instruct us to prepare and file their applications and represent them as their Legal Representatives with the Home Office

OUR FULL SERVICE INCLUDES:
Initial consultation (via Video/Audio call) and providing advice and a customized list of documents, answering questions regarding the whole application process,
Once all the documents are arranged, we will review the documents, fill up the application form, draft a legal cover letter (if required) in support of your application
Submit the application form to the Home Office/UKVI, book the biometric enrolment appointment and upload the supporting documents(for applications filed within UK)
Any further representations/clarifications required till a decision is made by UKVI on the application.
If the applicant is called for an interview, then we advise on the interview questions and conduct mock interview of the applicant
